When you request a concept, contact Connects360, or use the website chat, we may collect the information you submit, such as your name, business name, website, email address, phone number and the details of your request. We use this information to respond to you, prepare requested work, and manage the client relationship.
Website activity information
Connects360 uses first-party website measurement to understand how public pages perform. This may record a random browser identifier, page path, page-view time, referrer host, scroll-depth milestone, and key call-to-action interactions. It does not record a visitor's name, IP address, email address, phone number, form content, or a personal browsing profile as part of these visitor records.
How information is used and shared
We use submitted information to provide marketing, website, campaign, photography and related services; to improve the website; and to communicate about a request you initiated. Connects360 does not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate the website or deliver requested services, or when required by law.
Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including client service, records management and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
